Presence-Centred Living
A life of balance, contentment & creativity.
Presence-Centred Living
Presence-Centred Living is a way of living where we focus on being fully present without the negative influences of thoughts, beliefs, fears & conditioning. Another word for presence is awareness.
Being conscious and aware of the present moment allows us the freedom to experience life clearly rather than through veils of conditioning and cages of judgement our minds can otherwise create, which lead to discontent and suffering.
It is a way of living which is peace-filled & enjoyable. Challenges still happen - they are a natural part of life, but we have the presence-centred capacity to embrace them, work with them & live life well.
Key elements of presence-centred living include:
-
Awareness: Being conscious of the present moment without judgment or evaluation.
-
Acceptance: Not resisting what is & be open to wisdom & creative possibilities which come forth from the space of presence.
-
Non-identification: Recognising that thoughts and emotions are not who we really are, they are experiences.
-
Inner peace: Cultivating a sense of calm and tranquility through mindful practices.
